Shipping options not showing up

Hi,

I just got my domain transferred and have my site basically set up. I created shipping options (I made an extra one as a test for this issue) and when I go to check out I see the word "shipping" but there's no information at all. I am assuming I missed a step somewhere but I've been through every page looking for anything. I've looked at FAQ stuff and no luck.

It's the same on any device I use so I don't think it's my browser.

I'm sure I missed something but I've spent about 2 hours going through settings and can't figure out what it is.

How to create navigation tab buttons?  So here is what my site looks like now: https://testfiledownload.com/

I'm not looking for exactly tab buttons. but is there any way to achive this or similar?

We tested on your website and we were able to be charged shipping. Can you please send a screenshot of what you are seeing during checkout?

Hi,

So I had a few friends do it and it's working for them... but they went to the point of adding their address so I guess this is user error where I was expecting it to work a certain way and it works differently. If that's the case, sorry for wasting your time. *hangs head*

There's no way to assign a shipping method to an item, right? I have to trust my users to select the right shipping method?

Hi @ersigh 👋 

The customer will need to input their address in order to see the shipping options, and yes, they would need to select the appropriate one. I've found that most people are going to make sure they pick the correct shipping method, though. 

Also, please don't ever feel like you are wasting our time. We love the conversations around websites, and ecommerce! And this conversation could potentially help another user down the road. ❤️

Did you manage to resolve this? The rest of my site is working OK but when I click on Shipping it does not open. Was working fin a few days ago. Help!!
