Shipping Rates changing at checkout for customers

Hello, Not sure if you can help.  I am having customers report that they are checking out on my website but cannot get their shipping method to stay (example:  European Tracked delivery) but it goes back to default of 0.00 for UK customers only.    Hope you can help me out, I did see there were issues.   I've recently had to put my shipping costs up slightly, and they are edited (I've double checked).  What it means is that I get international purchases but no shipping added, so have to send an invoice manually via paypal for the correct amount.

Hi again @ammonitegems. I checked with our team and there's a bug ticket open with our engineers about this. From what I've read it sounds like a fix for this will be out shortly. Thanks for your patience!
