Postage Not Working Properly

Hi there,

Even though customers can see the postage they've confirmed at checkout once they pay and  the order is confirmed the postage defaults to the lowest option we offer. Meaning many of the postage s are incorrect on our many orders. Is there a glitch?

@Adam could you help please? It's embarrassing having to email our customers to ask for extra postage.

Hi Claire. I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem. I checked with the team and it looks like this was reported as a bug. Our engineers have escalated this to the highest priority and will have a fix for this soon.
