Shipping Information

I have set up a store on my business site, and everything is working perfectly...until a customer orders from my store and the shipping summary is not adding in the cost at checkout. I have gone over the entire process, setting up the pricing by weight...saving and publishing... and it's not showing up at all during checkout.
What am I doing wrong?

What are you expecting as the shipping summary? Once I know this, I may have an idea of what is happening.

Hi Erin...

What I am trying to do is set up my store to sell a product that ships out by the pound.  I want to ship USPS with 3 various weights for instance, 1-4 lbs would cost the customer $14.00.  4-11 lbs would cost $19.00...etc

The problem I have is, when I go in to test the shopping site out, I load up the cart, go to checkout, everything works beautifully...then when I check out, it tallys my shipping as $14.00.....no matter the weight...everything gets a $14.00 shipping cost.

That's the best I can explain it... it's not giving me any variation in shipping cost, even though I have set it up exactly to the Weebly video instruction step by step. I even went back in, took everything out of my store and re-entered the products thinking I may have made a mistake...but same results.

I sure would be thankful if you could figure this one out for me...
