Can I use excel for .cvs file
I have been adding my books one at a time. I would like to make use of the exporting--editing--then importing feature which is in .cvs format.
I'm wondering if I can use exel to do this. Also, as I understand, the image that is entered on the .cvs file has to be a website. How would I go about getting my pictures on a website?
Thanks so much--just trying to make a cumbersome job a little less time-consuming!

Hey @LoveReading!
You can certainly work on an Excel doc, and then convert the Excel doc to a .csv. You can convert an Excel worksheet to a text file by using the Save As command. Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Save As. In the Save as type box, choose the text file format for the worksheet.
As far as the image goes, you can upload the images to your Weebly page, right click the image, and open the image in a new tab or window. This will give you the URL for the image.
Thanks,
Erin

So, I would create a new page for each image so I would have a separate URL for each image? I might be a little unclear on exactly what you mean.

Hey!
You can add them all to one page, or if they are already on your site, you can just open them in a new tab from there. As long as you can right click on an image and select "open in new tab" or "open in new window" you will get a URL for the image.
I actually found a few different sets of instructions that might be of use to you: http://www.wikihow.com/Get-the-URL-for-Pictures
Thanks,
Erin
