Several problems with shipping via shippo
Today is April 14, 2020. Here is a list of problems I am having. Curious if others are having them, too, and if they are known bugs.
1. I have entered my shipping address, but keep being prompted to enter it again.
2. Cannot select mulitple orders at once to create shipping labels. I select them, click create shipping labels, and am then told that I must select an order to create a shipping lable. I cannot even select a single order to create a label. I must go into the individual order and then create the label.
3. After purchasing shipping, I click "orders" to go back to my list of order and get an error page. So, I must reload the page to get the list to appear. Half the time, the option to create a shipping lable doesn't appear on the page.
4. Technical support does not respond to requests for help.

Hi @MEK256 I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with shipping. We have an open bug regarding the problem you are describing. I don't have an eta, but it is set to the highest priority. We hope to have a resolution soon and appreciate your patience.
