Set different pick up details for different items

I have some items that can be picked up right away and some have specific pick up days and times but there is no way to change this item by item AND you can't edit the confirmation email so customers are totally confused.  We need the capability to edit pick up options by item!

While we don't support different pickup hours per item, you can set different prep times per item. If you edit an item in. Items > Item Library, you'll see an option there to set a unique prep time for the item.

If there is an option to put a specific prep time to a specific item, shouldnt there be a way to relay that to the customer so that they know the actual day/time that the item will be ready?

For example, I make fresh meal preps that need to be picked up the day they are ready. My order deadline is thursdays then my pick up and delivery days are wednesday & sunday. Certain items on my menu are available sunday while the others, wednesday. If a customer orders items off both days its only telling them the items will be ready on the latest day, wednesday. Which is not accurate as some of their items are already ready on sunday. Is there any way to properly notify the customer with different pick up & delivery day/times using the prep time??

I don't believe that is possible at this time. You would need to specify on the item description how a user should order.
