The customer order confirmation copy emails all go to the main email address associated with the account - you can't change them like you can with the contact form emails etc. This means if I go on holiday, my order manager cannot see her orders unless I either: a) let her access the whole back end of website b) let her access main company email c) spend my holiday forwarding emails to her. This is a glaring omission, please could you add capability in?
Unless anyone knows of a workaround?

I'm not sure if this is something that will change, but it has been brought up in the past. I've recommended setting up an email forward (within your email account) if someone else manages the orders. You can do this by setting up a filter using the sent from address, or the subject line. I followed this Google support doc to do this.
