Problem with checkout on mobile

This may be a one-off but a customer using a mobile cannot checkout. When he goes to pay via paypal the screen returns but the order screen is blank and no payment is made. I have seen a screensot and it seems what he is saying is correct.

Just wondering if other weebly sites are affected?

I haven't heard of any major issues about this, so I'm guessing it was something specific to that customer. Do you know what mobile device/browser they used?

Adam I've had a second one - it seems to erase the cart after returning from paypal!

So based on previous experience I think this is widespread but other weebly shops are just not aware of it!

Sorry I dont know what devices are being used or indeed if the second one is a mobile or not!

The second customer says: "Well it redirects me to PayPal and I log in and then confirm payment and it says payment denied! I just keep going round in circles through the checkout process? " So maybe its a weebly/paypal interface issue?

I just made a live purchase on a PC and all OK! I'm waiting to see if the customer will tell me his device.

I just tried a live purchase on my iphone and all OK! I suspect it is a very small issue maybe with one/two customers or just them with account issues....I will post more info if i get it.

Ok, thanks for following up! If they're seeing a payment denied message I wonder if they need to update their backup funding in PayPal.

I too have this problem. My customers haven't been able to check out on any mobile devices at all.

I've had a problem with users who checkout on a mobile phone. They tell me that the payment process seems to go through, but the display doesn't seem to show whether they have completed the transaction or not. The money has gone through but they are left wondering whether they have actually placed the order.

Thanks for your post, @CollCART. Are you using PayPal for checkout or a different processor? It should show them a confirmation screen after placing an order, but I have seen some instances where PayPal didn't send someone back to the website quite right and they end up seeing a blank page.

It is not only on mobile.

There is an issue with Paypal and Weebly.

There is a lot of posts about this and you guys never give us any answers/fix.

I just lost quite a lot of money because a lot of people tried to pay with Paypal and they were getting this problem on my website.

I found out the problem because I did a massive marketing campaign and the result where way below our expectations.

You guys need to fix this asap...
