Order confirmation email is completely wrong!
When I go to edit my order confirmation email - it shows it as though it is a digital download when I send a test email. I ordered a test item from my website (www.eshandcrafted.com) and the email I received had lots of blank spaces in it and looked very unprofessional...
Could you please look into this - I can even edit the email properly (it's as though it has been set to a specific template which cannot be changes).

Are you selling digital items, @esafaeian, or are you saying your items are all physical items but the test email is a digital product email?

I'm having this same issue. The Weebly system sends two (redundant) order confirmation emails. In addition, it sends a "Your download is ready!" email that indicates another charge and has default store information in it... and I don't even sell a downloadable product.
I don't see any settings avaiable to me to fix this.

If you haven't done so yet, can you contact our support team about that, @cvaviator1? I believe there is a bug ticket about getting multiple emails, so our CS team can update you when that issue is resolved.
