Not receiving order confirmations to my email address
Hi All
I am not receiving order confirmation emails to my email address, this seems to have been happeining for a week or so!
They are not in spam folders or any other folder.
Anyone experiencing the same?

I have opened a support ticket. My customers (and me) are still not receiving order confirmations! I'm surprised that no one else has reported this as I would be really surprised if it was a problem affecting my websites only!

Hi @mikeg I remember you having this issue about a month ago. I sent you a support ticket on 4/21 letting you know the devs were working on the issue. As far as I know they resolved everything.. Let me see if anyone else that was affected previously is experiencing this again. Very sorry for the troubles!

Many thanks - I can say 100% that i am receiving no order confirmation emails. I have also had customers telling me that they are not receiving order confirmations but i cannot say if its for particular types of email account or global!
Hope you can get this fixed as its a pain and time consuming having to email customers telling them that orders have been sent!

Just curious what the fix is?
I am new but have a business plan and the site is published. I placed an order on my own website and both as the customer and as the merchant I received no email.

No, unfortunately. The engineers are still working on a fix. If you download the app you will receive an alert when an order is placed. Not ideal, but something to consider while this is being worked on. Is it okay if I make a test order to confirm? Or if you have a test product let me know which one it is? Thanks!

I think it is more important if the customer email problem is fixed, yet again i have more customers advising no emails received across two of my sites. So I think the problem is widespread.
In summary:
1. Customers receiving no order 'confirmation' or 'order dispatched' emails - High priority!
2. Site Owners receiving no order 'confirmation' emails - low priority.
This has already contributed to an order being returned - as they were not aware the item was sent & tracked so missed picking it up from their post office. We really need the customer emails problem sorted please!

Couldn't agree with you more, @mikeg. Do you process the shipping through Weebly? If so, are you saying the customers are not getting the shipment notification?

That is correct, some customers are not getting the shipment confirmation or dispatch confirmation - although some are as I have asked a few returning customers what emails they have received!
Only today i had a customer who bought on 4th of Jun if their order was sent - so some customers are not getting emails!

Not that I've heard - did you submit a ticket to our Customer Success team about it? If not I would do that and include example orders where the customer and you did not receive an email.
