Not getting Order Confirmation Emails
@Adam - I have not been getting order confirmations sent to my email for the last couple of days, though I am getting Form responses. Have there been any issues reported?

I received 3 order emails at once last mnight for the 3 orders from the last 2 days, but again no emails for todays orders. Immensely frustrating.

Hi there,
We're having the same problem, orders showing on the app but not receiving any confirmation emails! Started last night - since after 21:30 UK time.
Hope they fix this quickly!

Same issue here, I reported this yesterday, had a flurry of emails in one, then nothing!! Not good 😕 all this disruption every month warrants compensation surely?

There do seem to be more reliability issues lately. I have an ongoing unresolved one where some users of Chrome cannot buy at all because the basket shows as empty when they go to checkout. So most likely losing sales there too. It would be a pain to have to switch to another provider, but the reliability needs to be there.

Emails were backlogged/queued a few days ago, but the issue should be resolved now. Is anyone still having trouble receiving notifications?

Yes I have not recieved order emails in over a week. I have called and chatted and supposedly they added my account to the support ticket. I have had hundreds of orders and not a single email on it. I MUST have these emails. Please fix this already!

Hi All
I'm trying to find out if anyone else is still having this issue. I was having issues not getting order confirmation emails last year in October, I still do not get order confirmation emails. The only way we get notified is when my creditcard processor send me an email that they are processing a credit card. I worked with Weebly support for few days, they had me make sure with my email provider that a list of weebly email accounts had been whitelisted but this still did not help. The strange thing is I can send test emails, I do get those but not from actual orders coming in. Thanks

Hi @AllPro007 I noticed in your previous chat that the rep mentioned a few email addresses to whitelist. I didn't see dm-noreply@promote.weebly.com in the conversation, but I just made a test order in my account and this is the email address that the order confirmation is coming from. Can you check to make sure the email is not marked as spam, and also add it to your contact list to whitelist it as well?

I only provided my email provider with the list the Weebly support team provided, I will ask my email provider to include the email address you mentioned, hopefully this will help with my issue.

I had a customer just place an order but I have not received any notification. She's stated she was having an issue with checking out since it would not recognize her number even though the phone number is optional
