'Not available' on my five products

I get a 'Not Available' at shop for each of the five products in my online store. The icon says that they will show as sold-out until I upgrade, but I thought I got up to 10 products free? Could you please tell me what could be causing this.

It looks like your site is upgraded to "Connect", @doblerwines, which doesn't include any products. The Starter plan includes 10 products and is the next higher level plan than what you have right now.

I just started an online store with you guys and looking forward to this work in progress. 

That said, I'm having a similar issue as well : the product I have up for sale is identified as unavailable. 

How do you rectifiy this?
