My checkout picture is different from product pic!

Hi all; I have been playing around trying to figure out shipping woes I am having - in the process I noticed that the product picture in my store is fine - it's the first photo in the listing; however when you get to checkout, it shows the second picture in the listing (it is the back of the item and just looks wrong) what gives? I'm not sure how to fix. Hi @Ronni14 When I click on the link I see the first image. On your end picture 2 of 3 shows?

Hi Bernadette; yes when you put the item in the cart, and then go to checkout it shows the 2nd picture. Not sure why this is happening.

I tried rearranging the order of the images and the back image still shows. Can you do me a favor and create a brand new listing (not a copy) and upload the same images? So far this is the only product I can see the issue on, unless there is another one you have come across.

Hi

I just did a new listing and the first picture is showing in checkout, correctly.. https://www.rkgourdcreations.com/store/checkout/#/cart

I played around some more yesterday and it is still happening to several listings.  I also noticed today when I look at my art prints section, everything is scrambled together and you can't see any pictures. Also, there is a background on my page of that category?   Here is a shot of it:

It looks like that Category page is set to use the Splash layout, which is why it has the background image and also the smaller content area. Go to Store > Categories and click on the category, then scroll down and change the page type in Layout options to Header or No Header.

Thanks Adam! I must have accidentally set it to splash at some point while I was in there. That fixed that!!!  Any idea why on some of the products the 2nd photo shows up on the checkout pages?  It's not on all products, but most of the ones I practiced with.   Thank you!

Hmm.. I'm not sure. You could try deleting the images added to a product that does this and then uploading them again to it.

I've also tried this... deleting then reuploading... it doesn't do anything. It still picks a random photo. At first I thought it was the first photo that you upload to a listing, but that isn't the case either!

Do you happen to know if your products are copied? Meaning, when you add a product do you rebuild it from scratch or do you make a copy of an existing product and then edit?

This same issue is happening to me, it's totally random what photo shows up when people check out, but I would like it to be the main/first photo. 

I did the category thing you mentioned above and it just says: 

Get organized

Help shoppers find items by organizing them into categories. Categories created here are different from Square’s and aren't synced.

Add category (button) 

How can I get their cart/checkout photo to be the first photo? I don't like that Weebly just picks a random photo.
