Modify AdWords Tracking Code
Hi,
I have a question about placing a Google AdWords conversion tracking code on the site. I called customer service but they weren't able to share much knowledge.
According to Google, in order to track "transaction specific values" I need to modify the code they have provided. Their directions indicate that how I modify the code depends on the technology used to generate the webpage: ASP, JSP or PHP.
I've attached the link for clarity, but I'm wondering which set of instructions I should follow.
Please help! Weebly is lovely and easy to use but with this more technical stuff I could really use some help.....Thank you!

It's possible the JSP code might work, although I can't guarantee that it will. Rendered site pages are HTML and not .jsp, .php, or .asp, so I'm not sure if it would do anything.

Okay Adam, thanks. I'll give it a shot. Fingers crossed. And at least know I know what the pages "are".

I just wanted to close the loop on this thread in case anybody has the same question. JSP did not work, so I guess it's not possible to track varying conversion values with the AdWords tracking code. This is unfortunate as it makes it impossible to track ROI in the AdWords interface. It looks like similar data can be found be found in Analytics though, so that's hopeful.
