I am trying to import my products and it's not working.
I exported them from one of my weebly sites and did not edit the csv file at all. I want to import it into another weebly site. I select import csv, select the file from my pc and I get the uploading bar at the bottom. It says upload complete but nothing happens. I can't click the import button. This is super frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble importing. The system should display an error if the file did not upload successfully. How many items are you trying to upload?

Hi @Bernadette there's 139 products but with the customisations there's about 1500 lines on the csv file. It doesn't give any error, it doesn't do anything.

@Bernadette I've tried uploading 1 item, it just still doesn't work. I emailed support on Friday and have had no response. I really need this sorted so that I can complete my site.

Hi again @tnoskoguy. Just to be clear, the only steps you took were:
1. Export items from one account to a CSV.
2. Upload the CSV to a new account.
In other words, you made no changes to the file at all?

Hi @Adam Yes I made no changes at all.
I have since heard back from support and they said a bug appeared when I created this site and it is stopping the import from the exported csv from one site to the other site. They couldn't explain why it only affected the import between those 2 particular sites when I can export/import between any of my other sites no problem, just some weird relationship bug between these 2 sites.
They have no time frame on when it might be fixed, so I'm left with a website that I wanted to get live last monday with no products on it. And all the products on a wesbite that I can't export them out from. Immensely frustrating.

I'm sorry for the frustration. I'm glad to hear the team was at least able to escalate your issue to the team. Hopefully they will be able to find a resolution soon.

I'm having exactly the same problem and have tried exporting the file and importing on for it to have 34 plus errors and not import anything.

I'm sorry to hear you are also running into this issue. I think the best course of action would be to reach out to the support team directly. They may need you to send them the file you are using so they can test from their end.
You can reach the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the contact us button. Once you see the automated chat window try typing something like "speak with a rep" to be directed to the teams available to your account.

How do we do that when the support tab in weebly does not work? This site is the only access I seem to have into weebly support.

I just now exported all my listings to update the weight of my items. Edited the cvs file and was ready to import back, I have done so previously. But now I am getting this error message. The file has both name and product id. Not sure what's wrong.
