Issue with SSL - Disruption

My SSL certificate stopped working tonight.   I need help fixing this ASAP.

There are two things that I did today that may have caused it:

1. I added some code to a few pages that pointed to another site.

2. I registered an SSL certificate thorugh a completely different hosting company on a completely different domain name.  But the SSL certificate looks like it was registered through Let's Encrypt.

Can you tell which of these (or some other issue) has cause the problem with my SSL certificate on https://www.memphisescaperooms.com?

I have removed the code added earlier today and re-published the website.  If this was causing the problem, how quickly will the SSL certificate get fixed?   As of right now, the site is still showing unsecure.

PLEASE HELP QUICKLY.

It looks like we've escalated this to our engineers to fix, @stephenblynch. Sorry for the trouble!

Adam,

The engineering team still hasn't fixed this issue.  My site has been down for 2 days now.  I just saw in another thread where you took care of reconfiguring someone's SSL certificate.  Is it possible for you to do the same for me?

I believe I need a new SSL certificate issued to memphisescaperooms.com.

Currently, I have memphisescaperooms.com forwarding to another address as a very imperfect workaround, so the DNS record is not pointing to the Weebly IP's.

Please let me know if you are able to help me get a new SSL certificate issued on memphisescaperooms.com.  Thanks.
