I need to change the Pay Pal account Weebly withdraws its payment from each month. How do I do that?

If you got to this page of your account, you can click on "change" to change the payment method for a service:
https://www.weebly.com/home/account/services
You can also go to the Payment Methods tab and remove any old payment methods.

Hi, there!
You should be able to change your payment method by signing into Weebly, and then clicking on your name in the top right corner. Choose "Account" and then click over to "My Services." Next to "Payment Method" choose "Change." From there, you'll be able to follow the steps to add your PayPal account.

I needed to update my payment method so I deleted the old card information. Now, when I go to Payment Method, it says there is nothing there. However, it doesn't allow me to add or change the payment method. Please advise.

Go to the Services tab, then click on "Add" under the Payment Method heading for the service you needed to update your billing method for.

For Pro account, I see paypal isnt an option, so what payment method options are avaliable? Also can we use square cash method under pro? Please do advice. Thank you

Hi there. Just to clarify, is this for accepting payment on your site? This thread has posts about users purchasing Weebly services.
If this is in regards to payments you can accept, you will need a Business plan or higher. Are you referring to the Square Cash app?

Well I am looking to upgrade before I start accepting payments. This is my first time, so am confused which plan to go for and it cant be too expensive and yes I am asking for square cash app, since weebly and square cash and integrated into one right?

The cash app is not currently integrated as a payment method on site checkout, although this topic has come up so it might become an option in the future. In terms of which plan, I would take a look at this page of our site and see which one best suits your needs: https://www.weebly.com/pricing

There is NO option under Payment Method or MY Services to ADD a new credit card.
Please advise as this is so frustrating - and should be more simplified.

Hi @JAP. Sorry for the confusion. What are you trying to add a new card for? If it is for service payment you can change the card on file from the My Services tab. I believe if you remove the card from the Payment Method tab, you should see an option to add another one. Although, doing this won't assign the card to a service. That must be done from the My Services tab. Thanks!

Hi @jaywon I don't see Stripe connected under Store>Settings>Checkout. I believe you also need to be on a paid hosting plan (not Free/Connect/Personal) in order to accept payments through your store.

Can someone help me? I also just removed PayPal as my payment option for my monthly subscription but there is no "ADD" button anywhere. Now I have no payment set up and no way to add a payment method to keep my site - I fear it will be discontinued next month when payment tries to be collected. Help!

same problem here. need to change my payment method but no "add" button shows on the payment methods tab. i see the paypal account on the services tab but when i click on the change button I can't update it (it doesn't allow me to make any change). if i try to chose a new payment method it tries to charge me with another 119€ even if the bill has already been paid. any advice?

Hi @cyberlady I don't believe you can change the billing method of a service to Paypal until you actually process the charge. Are you trying to renew the service right now?
