Store > Categories > Edit Category reveals Header Options; "No Header", "Header", and "Splash"
When I enable "Header" on a given category, the website shows a stock image of a table, plate with utensils and two glasses? I cannot see or access the header from "Pages" in the wysiwyg editor. If I load the category in "Pages" and switch back over to "Build" there isn't even an option for "Section" under the Structure category.
Long story short, how do I edit the header in any given category? Need to modify header background and add items for content.

Solved the problem, there's a bug in the UI. When I would enable the header and go over to Pages, to attempt to modify it, it wasn't showing, even if I published. Refreshing the browser allowed it to appear.

Did you want it to have a unique header image, or share one used by the rest of your site?

Ideally unique to each category, but I'd be ok with just consistent across all the store categories.

Thanks for updating, @bmarx. It shouldn't require a refresh but I'm glad you added that here in case someone else runs into the same issue.
