"This store is not yet accepting payments.
Please check back later."
This message popups every time I tried testing on my site and clicked the "Add to Cart" button. I cannot reach the checkout page or the cart page. Anyway to fix this? No transactions can be done. I've contacted support and they told me to disconnect, reconnect Stripe and publish the site but this hasn't worked.

There are usually a few different reasons why you might see that message:
- Your site is showing as insecure. To fix that, do one of the following:
- In the classic Weebly editor, go to the Settings tab of the website editor and toggle on the SSL option. If you see a popup about the IP address then you'll need to update the IP address your domain points to.
- In the Square Online editor, go to Settings > General Settings on the dashboard and use the un-publish option on the bottom, then open your site in the website editor and publish your site again.
- You haven't connected to a checkout provider yet. Go to Settings > Checkout from the dashboard and connect to a payment provider.
- Your site isn't upgraded to a plan that supports selling the number of items you have. Click on an upgrade link in your account to see a comparison of plans and prices.

Hi @freezyflame Can you post a link to your site so we can test it out. I'm pretty sure there's at least one known issue with Stripe, but support should be able to confirm this. Was the store checkout working previously?

My site is ffclassroom.com
It's in Chinese but there are some products below you can test it out.
I wrote to support but didn't find solutions for it and the issue indeed sprung up around late July. Before it was working fine.

I checked with our engineering team and it looks like they are working on fixing this. It's hard to say exactly when they will release a fix, although given the nature of the issue they are prioritizing it.

Is there any way I can fix this on my side? Or must I only wait for the Weebly team to fix it.

If you switch to a different payment provider (if available) that would get around the issue. You'll need to disconnect from Stripe in order to see what other options there is outside of PayPal, though.

I can't find any other payment processor other than Stripe. May I know if there are any workarounds? This is becoming quite serious for me.

Hi @freezyflame Are you still connected to Stripe? If so, you will need to first disconnect to see the other options.

Hi @Karthik If you submit a ticket to support an agent can tag you in the bug to receive updates. I thought they had fixed this, but perhaps it is a different issue?.. Did you already try to disconnect and reconnect?

One problem is that I'm in Hong Kong and I'm using HKD so there's no other way to process the payment except Stripe and PayPal (which I do not have access to) so I must stick with Stripe which is not working.

If you are connected with Stripe and it is no longer working you will need to verify with support if it is a bug. It looks like you spoke with a rep on the 5th? Did they mention the problem being associated with a bug?

Hi @GreenSuperClean It looks like the issue is with the SSL. You have a couple AAAA records in your domain dns that are conflicting with the SSL causing the checkout error. Can you please log into your domain registrar account and edit the dns by removing both of these excess records? Once you do, the SSL should start working. Please keep in mind it can take up to 24-48 hours for the domain to fully resolve. Thanks!
