Hide my shopping cart

Sorry I can't seem to find the answer to how I can hide my shopping cart temporarily.

Your help would be very much appreciated.

Hi @ktb16,

You can delete your Store page and that will make the cart unavailable. Since the Store page is automatically generated from your products and store settings, you're not going to lose anything by deleting the Store page, you'd just have to recreate it in Pages later.

Do I have to delete my complete site and start over?

You wouldn't have to delete the whole site, no.

I deleted my store page and the cart still appears on my site. Any other tips?

Go to Store > Setup and change your store mode to "Buy Now" from "Add to Cart". After you republish you shouldn't see the cart in your navigation.

aloha, thank you for time.  i followed your instructions by opening my store>setup ... where do i find the "add to cart" and "buy now" mode?  i appreciate your help , mahalo

Hey there! That would be under the General section, under Purchase Mode.

Greetings! I am hoping to hide the cart on my page as well, but when I go to "general" I don't have any information called "purchase mode". Any other ideas?

It looks like you successfully enabled the Buy Now option. Did you still have a question regarding this?
