Form entries disappeared

Hi all, I have several forms on my website, but have recently lost the ability to see the form responses. When I go to my form entries page it only says "Use forms to capture information" with no list.  I still receive email notifications for  form entries, but I want to view them all together.  I have read similar threads, but the solutions did not work for me.  Can anyone help?

Can you please reach out to our support team directly, @THEFLOWERHOUSE 

This doesn't look right, and I think the best course of action would be to have a rep confirm with advanced support. Especially if you were able to see the entries from the page previously.
