First time: trying to understand ecommerce and store

I am just a little confused with the systems. I am looking to get a site with the ability for items to be ordered and paid for. If I get the $30\month business weebly plan, do I need to have a app or another transaction system to process payments or is it all done within the weebly site?

With our Business subscription, you'll get everything you need to sell products through an online store. You'll want to choose a checkout provider to process payments, though it's pretty simple to set up:
