Error message when purchasing shipping labels

As of today, I am receiving error messages when I try to purchase a shipping label. Anyone else ever have this issue? This is the first time it's happened for me.

Are you still seeing that, @PocoBee? I'm wondering if there was some kind of outage on Shippo's end at the time you tried. Have you been able to create labels since you posted?

No, we are able to print labels now!

I am still having a notification issue (posted in the forum a few days ago). I am no longer receiving notifications when orders are placed - both on my iphone and on my ipad. Apps and devices are updated and all notifications are enabled. This is the second time this has happened this calendar year, and the lack of notifications make it very easy to miss orders, especially when my store is busy with customers.

The only way I know if an order is placed is if I log into my website or check my email notifications.

There's a bug ticket open with our engineers about iOS notifications, so hopefully this is resolved soon.

A few days ago we started having issues printing shipping labes from Weebly.

After step 2 the spinning circles stays on the screen for a while and then we get a "Failed to get shipping rates for your orders".

Sometime if I only select one shipment it will go to setp 3 after a min or two.

We have tried this on both my computer and my partners computer.

We now have to export our orders and import into Shippo in order to get our shippments out.

Are you still seeing that, @akhammr? I'm wondering if the API we use was having some trouble; if that's the case it will likely resolve itself for you.

Yes, we are still having the issue, I just tried to print some labels right now.

I hope it resolves itself soon.
