My customers are encountering an error when submitting their order for checkout. Is anyone else experiencing this problem, or is it just me? I tried to enter and submit an order myself and it did not work. Weebly hasn't answered their phones in over an hour. I am losing sales here..

I eventually got in contact with technical support after I posted this yesterday. We determined that there was not enough evidence to understand what the problem was.
While I was on the phone with the rep. orders started coming through again.
I am not really sure what happened. I recommended to my customers that they double-check their billing and credit card information when submitting their order - as the same error would appear if their billing info was not correct.
Was this all a coincidence with several customers entering their information incorrectly? Who knows.. but it's working now

Can you post the site you see the error on so we can test on some different Android devices? Also, which credit card processor are you using?

I'm not able to replicate for either site on my LG mp260. My coworker also tried from his Samsung Note 8 but has Google Pay enabled and was not prompted to enter card info. I'll see if there are any other devices we can test from.

I'm still having facing the card number issue on my phone and partners cell phone. I don't understand how there was supposed to be a "fix" for this exact issue, but its still ongoing. I've been getting double the store visits this past month as I improved my facebook ads budget, but sales are down over 50%!!! This issue needs to be REfixed asap!!

Note 4; default keyboard. Shouldn't the checkout work for all android devices and aftermarket keyboards just to be safe? Not every customer is going to have the same exact device and keyboard setup. How do you guys expect to serve a broad range of customers...

Any updates on this issue? Errors happening at checkout on a client's weebly site.
Seems to be more so on customers using mobile. Errors coming an going, people having to delete items, refresh or reload and try again - not ideal and sometimes just not working at all
