I've updated my site according this following article:
https://www.weebly.com/app/help/us/en/topics/ecommerce-tracking-with-google-analytics
There are no recent community conversations on this topic, so I'm starting another one.
General Google Analytics works, but none of the ecommerce specific sections do.
Specifically, analytics.ggole.com -> conversions -> Ecommerce -> Overview shows all zeros even though the site has been connected for over a week.
Two questions:
1. Does anyone have this working?
2. Suggestions for fixing mine?
Thanks in advance.

Edit: Blog post w/ instructions: Setup Weebly / Square Online Store with Google Analytics ECommerce
After literally hours working on this including trying Google Tag Manager and then looking at the actual JavaScript code to see how Weebly is doing this. I checked the browser DOM while on the checkout page. The code accesses a variable that is our google analytics tag. Again, after checking the DOM for a the contents of this variable, it was UA-UA-#########-1. Clearly this wrong.
So, to fix this, when entering your Tracking on the Online Store -> Settings -> General page. Do NOT include the UA- portion (which every other website in the world and the other location it's entered within weebly expects it to include).

Thanks for posting, @JennieBeachHouse. If you are looking to track conversions in specific, then you'll need to add some additional code in Settings > General > Tracking. There are three fields there: one for the cart, one for the payment page, and one for the receipt page. You'll need to set up your code with Google and then paste the appropriate code for each into the respective fields.

Hi @JenniBeachHouse, I'm having the same problem as you and haven't seen any ecommerce activity in my google analytics page.
I've been reading up on google tag manager and how to add that code manually to the site, but there's a learning curve before you can implement it.
Have you had any luck getting your ecommerce analytics to work?
Thanks!

That actually sounds like it might be a bug, @JenniBeachHouse. I'm checking with our Advanced Support team because I don't recall it doing this in the past and it's inconsistent with what you see when you enter your code in Website > Integrations.

FYI, I'm not sure this is a 100% solution. The transaction list reported in google doesn't match the square website transaction list. I haven't had time to investigate. It might be that partial transactions are being reported and then the final also.

Hi,
I was wondering if you guys fixed the "UA" bug for the ecomm tracker under settings. I have tried it with "UA-1234567-8" and without the "UA" the tracker just does not work. It works for everything in the home pages, but nothing on the online order page - restaurant template.
I have also posted a seperate thread on this, hopefully a developer can share a fix. Appreciate it.
