The editor only allows me to edit the Section headers such as 'Pickup Instructions' and 'Downloads'. I need to edit the text of the email to meet our needs. I've tried to edit on Firefox, Safari and Chrome. What is the problem??

Can you please post a screenshot of the section you are trying to edit? Some of the fields will not be able to be edited.
