Hi,
I am new to this, and seeking some advice. We have audio products that can be purchased via Weebly site. However, I noticed that when i download, for example, our free relaxation audio to my mobile, it only opens it and plays from the website. There is no way that i can see for the client downloading the file to be able to save it to their device. Is this correct or am i missing something here?
Should I load these onto Itunes or Amazon for example with the link to there for a guaranteed service? My worry is that people pay for this then cannot access once they leave webpage.
Any help or assistance would be appreciated.
Thank you

Hey @RedBoxer!
This happens because most modern browsers can handle playing audio files right in the browser, so they'll just open one to play rather than download. I'd recommend zipping your audio files, since these will just download and any computer can open them.

Hi Adam,
Thank you for your reply. If i Zip the file, when it is downloaded via mobile phone, will they still be able to save this?
I really want to provide the best client experience as possible, and need to ensure this will work seamlessly.
Thank you!

Hi @RedBoxer,
Your smartphone customer would need to have an app on their device which allows them to extract those files, but yes, they would be able to purchase and download the zip.
