I noticed when we received a poor review that our Digital product is charging shipping but it is only showing in the total not as a seperate line item. Order #1013286239 is an example of this. This issue is not happening on every order just many orders. This has been occuring since Order #1050525240 on July 3, 2021. Our website is www.usafpolice.org. I've double checked our shipping settings and everything I cannot figure out what is going on with the digital items.

We have an open bug for this issue that the engineers are working to resolve. You can reach out to the customer support team to confirm, and a rep will add your account information to the bug tracking page.
You can reach the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the contact us button. Once you see the automated chat window try typing something like "speak with a rep" to be directed to the teams available to your account.

HAHAHAHA!!!! I'm STILL having this problem in July, 2022. Will they ever fix this?

Can you post a link to one of the items on your website that is including the shipping charge? I can try to hunt down the bug to see what the latest status is.
