Delivery zones

Does anyone know how to set up delivery zones in the UK? I just want to be able to add a different set of delivery charges for The highlands and non mainland uk (isle of wight, N.I etc). When i send via courier there can be a £10 difference between standard UK postcodes and those in those areas above, so a special rate would be useful.

Unfortunately, we don't get quite that granular with our regions in the UK since it's limited to England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales. You could probably try increasing the rate for Scotland to try and offset the additional cost, assuming it wouldn't be to high for the other areas that are cheaper to ship to.
