Customers can't find the Checkout button on mobile and abandon purchase

Hi

I use an application that allows me to see and replay user behaviour in my store.  I have started to observe something very worrying.  Some customers, after adding something to the cart, and who want to proceed to check out, are not seeing the Checkout button on Mobile and tablet and give up on the purchase,  On desk top the button is very easy to notice, but on mobile and tablet the button is right at the bottom, and some customers are not seeing it.  I see the customers just getting stuck, then finally leaving.

This troubles me a lot because approx half my visiters are on mobile and tablet.

Please can this be addressed?

This combined with "Quantity 0" forward facing to customers, that must be altered to change their ability to check out is causing issues. Here is the post I made about the quantity issue if you want to check it out.

I would keep an eye on the behavior on the quantity box too. What is it that you are using to analyze the behavior of your viewers if you don't mind me asking?

Hi, thanks for pointing that out to me, something else to worry about Smiley Sad

I am using looksmart.com , it has been very useful, but a bit depressing when you see things go wrong!

Thanks for the looksmart info. I am a bit terrified to even go look at my site because I know it is going to be infuriating and there are already so many bugs, oversights, ugly nonsense design choices by Weebly etc that I have reported over the years that Weebly has done nothing about. I am going to have to use looksmart on another day when I am not already highly irritated with Weebly. Have you ever used another site builder or ecommerce platform?
