Custom Options - Upgrade options

Hello,
We are changing our site so that we can sell direct but want to upgrade the site so customers can choose parts and build a bike...

Option 1 : So choose a frame and colour them add the parts they want.
Option 2 : Also we want to add an option where the customer can upgrade a part from the standard parts kits... so say they want a more expensive set of forks they need that option.
Is this possible with weebly?

Not quite what I meant in that artical but I think I can work around it...

I need more of a custom build sheet type of thing...
