Coupon code textbox not visible

Hi

I have integrated stripe payment to weebly. I want to enable coupon discounts while payment. I was able to create a coupon code with the required discount percentage and applied it to an item (annual plan). But i am not able to see the option to apply coupon code on payment screen. Currently i have a Weebly Pro account. Should i upgrade to Weebly Business account to enable coupon?

Hi @Prosaic Yes, a business plan or higher is required to use the coupon option. Did you see a prompt when you created the coupon?

@Bernadette Thanks for the response. No we did not get a prompt to upgrade to Business. Hence the confusion. We were allowed to create a coupon code yet not able to use it.

Sorry about that, @Prosaic. Our team is aware of the lack of prompts for certain features like that, so hopefully in the future it will let you know that you need to upgrade.
