We recently moved over to our own email profile so our email orders would come from our domain (@natbdogsports.com) and not weeblys.
Since then the confirmation emails have been given a rating of 6 for the SCL value, thus sending all items including the ones back to us to the junk folder?
SPF etc is all fine, but the clearly there is something in the new format style causing the SCL value to be increased.
Has anyone had this issue, and if so what was the resolution?
