I had a customer inform me that he was unable to purchase multiple items from my website. I verified this by trying it myself. Here's what's ahpening:
When you choose an item and click "buy now" you're sent to the shopping cart. The item you chose is there for purchase. However, there's no "continue shopping' or "add another item" option anywhere in the shopping cart. So, you navigate to the top of the screen and click "store" which takes you back to choose your second item- click "Buy now" and that's the only thing in your shopping cart. My customers need to be able to purchase more than one item at a time or they will not continue shopping, or return to shop.
I contacted "help" in the Weebly app...but have received no response.
Can anyone assist me here?
