Can I add a payment option to a weebly education site? or does it have to be a business

i am an Arabic tutor. i want bulid my website for giving live courses for my students . so i want to my students pay to me throught my website. i cant because it told me " The Business plan is currently not available for education accounts. Thank you for your patience." 

please solve this propblem . i upgraded my account for that .

The Education platform does not allow transactions as it is solely meant to be a teaching platform. We can switch you over to a standard platform, though, and you would have access to all the plans and features.

I can do that for you, no problem. However I want to make sure you are aware of the difference in price between Education Pro and Standard Pro. You paid $39.95 for 1 year of Education Pro and this allowed both of your sites to have the limited Pro features. The Standard Pro plan is $144 for the year and is per site.

144 $ it is too expensive in my Currency . and i upgraded my account for the payment method only.

can i make a refund and back to basic account?
