Hello - I'm seeing older posts on this topic with no solution, and I am hoping there's an update...

When I add a product to a page, the product button (labeled "Shop" by default) goes to a product page. Can I bypass the product page? I'd like the button to have the "Add to Cart" functionality. For my site, it's an awkward user experience to have to go to that products page, click "Add to Cart," and then have to use the back button to get back to the original list of products. If there's not an "easy" way to do this, is there a way to copy the "Add to Cart" button code and paste it as custom HTML on a page? I don't know enough about HTML to figure this out on my own...Thanks!
