Adding items to categories

Hi,

I have been additing items to a category.  When I open up the category page it only shows 3 items on the main page.  The editor only gives an option to show 4 items.  How do customers (and me) find the other items within that category?  I have added all of the items to the category on the Square end.   I tried to find this answer in the instructions for building categories and adding items but no help there.

Which category did you add them to, @SusanM. Categories in your Square account are different than those in your Square Online Store, so we don't sync categories between the two like we do with items. If you add your items to a category within your Square Online Store it should work how you expect, though.

Hi Adam,

Well, apparently things were just taking forever to "adjust" in the editor this morning.  This is the first opportunity I have had to go back and check on things and all of the items are there.  Weird.  Things were moving very slowly this morning.   Thank you for getting back to me.    I tried to search for an answer to this question before posting it.  When I type a key word into the communtiy search space, it never gives me a list of answers.  No matter how long I wait.    

Oh well, thank you again for your help. 

btw, I am liking how easy the editor is to use for the most part, I just wish we had more choices as to how move things around.

Ok, glad to see that everything is there for you! Usually syncing between the two is pretty much instant. Thanks for the feedback regarding the editor as well; I'll share that with the team that works on it.  Smiley Happy
