Thanks for tagging @Breffni—I appreciate the support! It’s good to know this might be a common issue. I can confirm the site renewal in November for the year through 2025, and the registration since 2016. Hoping we can get this sorted quickly. Thanks again for your help!

Hi, @travisehead3800! I think I understood what happened! The payments are made by an older administrator of the organization, and the credit card linked to our account has expired, so it's possible that the payment didn't go through. Please, if this is the case, let us know how we can solve the situation.

Hi @travisehead3800, but if I can't log into my account, how can I contact customer support? Could you help me to find out another way? When I received the message about the deactivation, I clicked on the button to contact support, but because my account was deactivated, I couldn't log in. There is no email that I can use to contact them, and they say we need to come to the community to find help. It shouldn't be so hard to get our account back!

Hi, @AdamB , please help me! I sent you a direct message, and I've been posting here every day since the beginning of the week without finding any solution for something really simple. I need to pay our renewal to get our account back, but the way that the customer support from Weebly is set makes things difficult. My account was deactivated because of a chargeback. the chargeback happened because the credit card linked to our account had expired. I only need to add a new credit card and make the payment but as our account was deactivated I can't log into our account and I can't contact customer support to help me to do this. Please send me a link or let me know how to make this payment. Our website has been down for a month and we have grant applications waiting to be evaluated. Please, please help me to solve this.
