My website was cancelled due to a chargeback and now I can't log in

My website, preservationsc.org, was charged for a 2 year renewal. Then we received an email that the website was cancelled due to a chargeback and now I can't log into the site. I just get stuck in a login page loop. What can I do to fix this?

Your account was successfully reactivated, and a password reset email was sent out to you. Please let me know if you have any trouble getting into the account. 

 

Once logged in, you will just need to repurchase the hosting plan in order to publish the site again. 😊

Could you help me with the same issue? I have a payment receipt, but we received a chargeback message, and our account was deactivated. I really need to solve it because we have grant applications pending, and our website needs to be working!
