How to add Android address bar / toolbar theme colour?

Android offers the ability to edit the colour of the address bar and toolbar on versions of Chrome from Lollipop onwards (Lollipop, Marshmallow, Nougat), and I would like to change the colour of these areas of my responsive theme without affecting the overall theme itself

If this were WordPress, I would simply enter the following code:

<meta name="theme-color"
content="8D2424" />

I would like to know whether this code works on Weebly, and if so, where it should be placed in my theme's CSS.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

That code is specific to WP so it won't have any effect on a Weebly site. You can change those parts of your site by adding or changing mobile-specific CSS rules, though. Are you familiar with CSS?

Yes, I am familiar and comfortable with editing CSS files. I need to know what code is relevant to Weebly to achieve the same results as the WordPress code I posted above, and where in the CSS I should place it for it to be most effective.

I believe the theme I am currently using is "Haberdasher".
