My Site Editor won't Load

I've cleared my cache and browser history, but I still can't get my site editor to load.  It loads the title bar, but that's all.  I'm using Internet Explorer and it worked until yesterday.

Yes, we are. There are a lot of posts to go through at the moment. Smiley Sad Very sorry for the delay.

If you are using McAfee can you please try to temporarily disable? If that does not solve the issue can you please provide the following:

Browser and version_
Operating system_
Firewall_
ISP_
Location_
Device type_

I did disable McAfee temporarily, and yes, that did fix it.  BUT it goes back to not loading when McAfee is running again.  I can't be disabling McAfee every time I need to update my store on my website.  I do that several times a week or even several times a day.

We've reached out to McAfee to try and get this resolved so you don't need to disable it to edit. I don't know how long that will take, though. Sorry for the trouble!

It's working now without me disabling, so maybe they addressed it.
