Group boarder isn't showing up

I've got text surrounded by the installed app "Group" it has a dashed boarder around it where you can change the colours of the dashs but once I published the website the dash boarder doesn't show up. I've tried changing the colour to get it to show but no luck, does anyone know how it get it to appear or if there is another feature that will create a boarder around sections of text

If you are referring to this - https://www.weebly.com/app-center/group# - that is NOT designed to show a border on elements on a published website.   It is designed as an easy method to group multiple elements together to move or copy them easily.
