I cant seem to work your help system. I have just set up and account mymarketer@info.  I have been been charged twice for the domain that should have been free.  Please advise on refunding?  Thanks Nicole

Hey @mymarketer! I checked your account and see a successfull charge for starter, 2 voided charges for your domain, and one other successfull charge for Google Apps for email.

The two voided charges will not post and should fall off your statement within a couple business days if they haven't yet.  As for the other two, did you want Starter and Google Apps for email?
