URL change, on page links not updating

I recently changed my sites URL and only some of the internal links have updated, those that have not changed return 404. Nav links are all working correctly as do image links, the issue is with text links that I have as bread crumbs.

For example "Home > Insects > Coleoptera > Carabidae". On this particular page the first 3 links still point to the old URL but the last has updated. 

I've tried un-publishing and then publishing again but this has achieved nothing. The site does have I guess around 1,500 pages so the option of manually editing the links is not really viable.
