I've been working on my SEO slowly but surely. I'm just starting to add them to each product. When editing a product and clicking advanced which is directly under the photos, I have options to add "SEO title" and "SEO decription". The title part is self explainitory but what do I put in the SEO description box? Do I want keywords separated by commas or do I put a descriptive paragraph that is keyword rich?
TIA

Hi, Tia!
In that area you would not use keywords. Only a brief description. Something that says what the product is, without repeating the products actual description too much. For an example, let's say you are selling dog collars. You have multiple colors of the same collar that a customer can choose. They also comes in several different sizes. Then a sample description could be something like:
High quality collars for dogs in multiple colors (red, green, pink, purple) and sizes (xm, sm, m, l, xl, xxl) Made in the USA Matching leashes available.
Of course your actual product description would be more detailed and would paint a better picture of what you are selling. The description in the SEO shoud be brief no more than 150-200 characters are needed.
