Your keywords won't appear in Google straight away. You'll have to wait until Google fully crawls your site and even then how your keywords rank in searches will be dependent on how many other sites use the same keywords and the 'link-juice' each site has etc. Getting backlinks from other high ranking websites in the cat breeding world, or relevant social media, will get you noticed better by Google. Newer sites usually start way down the search rankings and then move upward over time. 

One thing you could do to speed this up is to change your 1-2 short-form keywords to long-form keywords of 4-5 words. Generic terms like 'cat breeding' and 'kittens for sale' are going to compete with a lot of websites across the world. Changing them to something more focused like 'cat breeding in Piacenza Italy' or 'Siberian cats for sale in Piacenzo Italy' will better target Google searches.
