Google analytic is using http and not https

Why weebly is putting google analytic url in http and in https, because of this my site is showing insecure even if I enabled SSL.

Delete ur analytics code.

Go into GA   and set it up with ur https   address..

Its not my analytics...its added by weebly. How to remove it..its in http and not https.

It looks like your SSL certificate failed to renew for some reason, @vinod_dhamanna. I've restarted that and your site should show as secure again.
