Canonicalization

Hi,
I've been suggested to use a canonical link on my website pages (https://www.essercimeditando.it😞
"To prevent duplicate content issues, we encourage you to use a rel="canonical" link element pointing to your original webpage for each webpage with similar or identical content. You should also consider adding a self-referencing canonical link to your original website's pages as it is a good way to combat scrapers and prevent them from outranking you for your own content."

How can I do that?

Thank you,

Albina
