Okay, I am NOT a very knowledgeable person with all of this SEO stuff and have a tendency to 'wing it' to the best of my ability. I have been submitting URLs to the site index for a few years now and it is a habit. This morning, I was looking around in the Google webmaster tools section and found something that disturbs me.
In the left column I clicked on Google Index and then Blocked Resources. THIS is what I found:
Is this something I should be concerned about? I don't understand why it was fine until March 8th, and then... BOOM! Is this going to hurt my SEO?

That's actually a totally normal thing to see via Google Webmaster. This simply means that AJAX Code (JavaScript and XML) are being blocked from being crawled. This is to prevent search engines from finding words in a line of code and using them as search terms for your website. The URL's you see are simply pages that had AJAX related code on them (Usually every Weebly page.)
So there is totally nothing to worry about, your website is all good to go for search enginges! This is simply a 'false warning' so to speak, that you shouldn't worry about.
